Overview Of Covered Services

QSTAFF Home HealthCare provides comprehensive home health services that include intermittent visits from skilled nurses, certified home health aides, sitters, physical therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists and medical social workers.

QSTAFF Home HealthCare continually monitors, evaluates and improves the quality of services and treatments rendered to our patients.  All patients are routinely admitted within 48 hours of referral and sooner if medically necessary.  Referrals may be called in at 281.218.6605 or Toll Free 1.877.375.7532 or faxed at 281.488.1806.  Faxed referrals received after 5:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.

An Advisory Committee, comprised of various medical professionals, professionally monitors all operations at QSTAFF Home HealthCare.  The Advisory Committee reviews all policies and procedures annually to assure our practices are current and provide optimal means of care to our patients.  Any complaints or comments may be addressed to the Administrator for a prompt, confidential and courteous resolution.

Manual Impaired – Personal assistance, refer appropriately.

Language Barriers – Interpreters as needed.
